we accept returns for exchange not later than 7 days from the receipt of the item/s. kindly make sure that the tag is still attached and the item/s is/are still in original condition.
 
if the returns are due to a change in size, color or style preference, the standard Php120 shipping fee applies for us to ship the new item/s back to you.

only items bought online may be returned via shipping.
items bought in stores may be exchanged in stores only. please present your receipt upon exchange.

returns for refund is not accepted.
