sure, you may have your item/s exchanged within 7 days after receiving them. refund is not allowed. see here for more details! 
 

can I order items which aren't found in your online site?
nope, only items found in our website are available for online purchases. if you wish to see more of our pieces, you may visit us at our next pop-up! 


do you do made-to-orders?

express delivery arrangements? 
sorry, we do not arrange express deliveries with other couriers. we only ship via gogo express and only on scheduled days. we ask that you kindly give us enough time to get your packages to you. for more details on shipping, see here.
